WHAT IS IT?
Official course, delivered by Fundesplai and recognised by the Generalitat de Catalunya. Aimed at Roma women over 18 years of age.
HOW DID IT ORIGINATE?
The Course of Directors was started after the enthusiasm shown by many of the women who had participated in the Course of Monitors to continue their training and to be able to move up in the labour market.
To date, one edition has been held, in February of 2021.
PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
The role of a Director of leisure time consists of coordinating the teams of leisure time activities, as well as planning, organising, managing, facilitating and evaluating educational projects aimed at children and young people in all their aspects, and to represent them internally and externally by taking on the creation, control and facilitation of the teams of monitors.
